An unforeseen assembly problem dictated this extra bracket be added while a production line ramped up to speed. Our customer designed their solution then contacted KEI to handle the development, line die tooling, manufacturing, paint, packaging, and JIT shipments to their facility, all in less than 3 weeks. KEI eventually provided around 60,000 pieces until a traditional progressive die could be built.
