This high strength steel chassis bracket must mate perfectly to the frame rail if our customer’s welded assembly is to stay within assembly stack-up tolerance. KEI made this part utilizing a combination of soft zinc alloy and hardened steel dies. Our 5 Axis Laser then cut the trim and holes in line with one another.
